When Francis escapes from prison fifteen years after being falsely convicted for murdering his best friend, he gets picked up by the staff of a nearby psychiatric hospital, who are searching for a missing patient called Jordan, who escaped the same night.
Francis at first decides he would be better living this man’s identity to escape the authorities, however begins to regret this decision when he is subjected to treatments for a man suffering with a personality disorder.
After some time, Francis begins to doubt whether or not he ever escaped from prison in the first place, after Jenny the head psychiatrist convinces him that the last fifteen years of his life were all in his imagination.
